To put hydrogen into car, we must take advantage of the hydrogenation station. The hydrogenation station is the same like the natural gas station, and it is made up of the compressor, the high-pressure hydrogen container, etc. As we can only get gas hydrogen by means of all sorts of methods to produce hydrogen, to get the liquid hydrogen, we must put the gas hydrogen into the circumstance which temperature is below -253℃. But, by this way, it'll consume a large quantity of energy, so, we usually select the compressed hydrogen, and for this reason, the hydrogenation station is equipped with compressor. The compressor puts the lower pressure hydrogen into the high-pressure hydrogen container so as to put the high-pressure hydrogen into the bus. In the period of putting hydrogen into bus, the high-pressure hydrogen container that filled compressor hydrogen is connected with the hydrogen bottle in the bus by the aerating pipe. Because the pressure inside the hydrogen container of the hydrogenation station is higher than the pressure of the hydrogen bottle in the bus, the hydrogen will automatically flow into the hydrogen bottle in the bus continuously, until the bottle is fully filled.
Because of the restriction of the productivity and the ground storage device, the earlier hydrogenation system will spend 4 hours to fully fill a car, but now, it only takes about 15 minutes to fill a car. |
