The 3rd Co-ordination Meeting (Beijing project) was convened on Dec 6-7, 2004. Attendees included the representatives from BP, DC, Beijing Public Transportation Company, Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission, PMO, Sinohytec, and Tongfang. Agenda of the meeting involves the construction of bus garage and hydrogen refueling station, operator training, and spare parts etc.

      Beijing Sinohytec introduced the main tasks performed, problems encountered and the issues of the hydrogen refueling station in Part I, and his schedule for the next period. Sinohytec looked forward to finishing the station commissioning and putting into operation in time to guarantee the demonstration of FCBs operation in Beijing. BP and DC introduced their latest process on the project respectively.

      Through discussion, the tasks in next stage were defined on the meeting.

(1) BP, Tongfang and Sinohytec nearly reach tri-party agreement together. They will sign it in a couple of weeks and hardly work for hydrogen refueling station.
(2) An additional agreement of procurement of spare parts will be signed by CICETE and DC.
(3) DC will be responsible for operator training.
